I got 2 quotes the first one was sky high, the second one was lower but still unreasonable. Rusty came to assess the basement problems and I was surprised he praised our almost century old house as in good shape. In short, I spent only a portion of the other guys quoted. He did not discuss unnecessary repairs only what was really needed. He sent his 2 sons who were very respectful and hardworking kids. I’m so proud of Thomas and Brady such exceptional kids their age! I am happy with the waterproofing, moisture barrier and ellis jacks they installed. They made the floors very solid and not creaking anymore. The basement is so far dry after a few days of rain.
