I recently did a phase I site assessment for a small commercial construction site this company is working on, Jeff was the project manager on the job and he was very responsive and helpful in connecting me with the superintendent on site, Donny. Donny was extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful with getting me access to the site and answering my questions. The site was also extremely clean and well maintained, one of the best ones I've ever seen and I've worked for GCs before. All of their SWPP precautions were well maintained and functional, even though they weren't actively building at the time (they were waiting on building permits), I was very impressed.
