Ken Fast provided an outstanding home inspection experience in Chattanooga. He was punctual, patient, and highly professional, taking the time to answer every question I had as a buyer. The house was relatively new.His inspection was incredibly thorough, covering the roof, windows, and crawl space using advanced tools like thermal scanning and a 360-degree camera.I was thrilled to receive the report the very same day. It was clean, easy to read, and featured clear photos alongside a helpful summary section. I would absolutely use the Ken Fast group again and highly recommend them to anyone buying a home!
Very thorough and communicates well with the client and agent.
