Having a ~100 lb shepherd who had never been boarded before, we were nervous about how he would adjust to being somewhere unfamiliar. After spending a day with Crystal for a play date and arranging an overnight weekday stay, she quickly made it clear just how well our boy fit in at her facility.

I am beyond thankful that she took the time to make sure he was comfortable, cared for, and truly felt at home during his stay. While we were away for the week, we had complete peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. Crystal provided regular updates, and we even learned that our big guy will happily play and roll around in the rain instead of acting like the big baby he is at home! It was obvious that he was loved and treated like part of the family. We will absolutely be using Labby Lane again and would recommend Crystal to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and trustworthy place for their dog.“
