I cannot say enough positive things about Crystal and her facility. Having a ~100 lb shepherd who had never been boarded before, we were nervous about how he would adjust to being somewhere unfamiliar. After spending a day with Crystal for a play date and arranging an overnight weekday stay, she quickly made it clear just how well our boy fit in at her facility.
I am beyond thankful that she took the time to make sure he was comfortable, cared for, and truly felt at home during his stay. While we were away for the week, we had complete peace of mind knowing he was in great hands. Crystal provided regular updates, and we even learned that our big guy will happily play… read full review
Crystal runs an incredible facility. I recently moved to the area and I travel for work frequently. I recently boarded my dog for 12 days and I couldn’t have asked for better care. She and her staff care for each animal and know them all very well. I trust my dog’s life with Labby Lane. For as long as I live in Chattanooga, my dog will be staying with Labby Lane. Thank you for all you do, Crystal.
I have boarded with Labby Lane Kennels for 8 years now. I have two large dogs which are highly anxious and require specific attention in order to feel comfortable. Crystal has been a saving grace for us because we travel often and won’t leave our pets in the care of just anyone. She treats these pets as her own family and I have 100% confidence in her ability to see and spot any kind of issue that would arise while they are in her care. If this does anything, I hope it would reassure anyone considering Labby Lane Kennels for boarding that their beloved pets are in the best possible care.
