The quy that was taking care of me was also taking care of other clients going back and forth even with a appointment. Short staffing need more workers. Happy with finished results but he was also rude at times. Been coming here for a long time. They just need more help. We are paying for a service we have other places to also. Him going back and forth ruined my experience and also put me late making appointments

Really good except for two issues;The massage chair i sat in did not workmy nails weren't dry and they said they were. So they messed up before i got home, sadly. I didn't have time to go back.The service was really good. I will go back.
