Terrible experience with Tyler and his crew. Left our place trashed, failed multiple inspections, and wouldn’t ever return our calls. Highly unprofessional and do not know what they are doing!! Even the inspectors told us to stay away!

WARNING!!! Steer clear of this business and Tyler Frenia. Very unprofessional, dishonest and unrespectful. Paid 3596.00 for him to buy and install a natural gas water heater. Installed improperly and I had no hot water for 10 days. Would not return my calls. Still has not finished this job correctly. I finally used my grandsons phone to call him and he answered pretty quick. This was 9 days later after he had already been paid in full on the 8th of January. Told me he would be here that evening on the 17th of January. I asked him to please call me if he wasn't coming. Never showed and still haven't received a call. Will not answer my calls again. I actually had to buy the rest of the parts to fix it and pay someone else to finish the job. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I'm reporting him to the BBB and the licensing board. Evidently, I'm not the only one he's done this to. Highly do not recommend.

Contacted Tyler. He indicated that a plumber would be at my home at 8:00AM, Friday, October 27. At 10:00AM, when no one had shown for an inspection, I called, and was told that the person is running late, and would be there within the hour. At 1:30PM, when no one showed up, I went on-line and read all the negative reviews. At the point of initial contact, Tyler was informed that my husband is on home-hemodialysis, and, we cannot be without running water due to a medical emergency. As a company providing a service, when you make a commitment to be at someone’s home, and do not have the professional courtesy to contact the homeowner of your delay/conflict, that is the pinnacle of unprofessionalism. I would never recommend this company to any home owner.

I would give less than a 1 star review if I could. I am a realtor and had a client hire them to redo the septic system before closing. Everything was done besides the covering of the lines and they guaranteed everything and paperwork to be received within 2 weeks of closing. It has been over two months since we closed and it has been excuse after excuse!!! They never came back and completed the work! They have been paid in full and never followed through. My client and I are contacting the better business bureau. I would never recommend anyone hire this company!Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

An appointment was set up for a leaking toilet, the next day we got a prompt service call. Very professional, he gave us the cost of repair up front. He didn't have the part he needed, but the part was picked up and our toilet was repaired the next morning. Excellent service.

Plumbers showed up 2 days to do plumbing for new construction & have done it completely wrong. They have put drains where our back porch is supposed to be. They were given blueprints but are not going by them. We have been waiting on their return for over a week now to complete the job. Do not recommend.
