They took me in as a walk in with no appointment. The staff was friendly. The owner was there even though it was her birthday. She offered extra services (eyelashes) while I was getting my mani/pedi. She also let me know that they could put a chrome finish on my nails, which I happily accepted after she showed me the options. It was a little more, but I get compliments from sooo many people, regardless of age (tweens, college & adult ALL like this finish! Try it, you'll love it! I got an acrylic fill which they did a great job on. This was last week, so these pictures are from today, a week later! Still looks great!
Cleanliness: Very clean
Iam a repeat customer. I am very pleased with the service that I have received. The owner Mary is very courteous and attentive. I have personally witnessed her changing a young girls nails 4 times, not because the results weren't exactly what the customer asked for but because the customer decided she didn't like the shape of nail she herself chose, then she didn't like the nail art she chose, then she didn't like the colors she chose, then her final change or was French manicure. Mary never became impatient and she accommodated all the customers request. I should also add this customer was a walk-in. People are very kind and loving! Very understand!! They are very polite ? I always let Vincent do my nails and he does a wonderful job!! The shop is beautiful ? please if you haven't been to 429 Nails and Lashes in Harriman TN, I really recommend you going there!!!
