I’ve know Jeff since high school, he was a great friend then, and even better FNP! He has been my primary health care provider for over a decade. I highly recommend Jeff and his staff at SDG!

Had flu all last week. Went back to Dr. Yesterday and now have pneumonia. I have such a wonderful doctor. Didn’t have to go to hospital. He sat me up in a room and and gave me fluids breathing treatment. Got my medicine and on my way. I’m sure it saved me from ER and hospital.I just want to thank Dr. Jeff Hampton and his wonderful loving staff in Halls, TN. I’ve never called his office that I couldn’t get in there in a reasonable time. You are treated with respect and takes the time to listen to all your concerns.Don’t know if he is taking new patients, but looking for a real hometown Dr. I couldn’t recommend anyone any better.Also has Stephanie Sells, FNPNursing...read full review

TRUDY A. BURNS.I can recommend SDG Clinic highly. The staff are extremely helpful and will answer all your questions. The nurse practitioners treat every patient with the care we used to get years ago when we all had a family doctor that we could trust to take good care of everyone in our families. When I found out what the "SDG", letters meant, I knew I had found the Doctor's Office I was supposed be going to for my medical care.
