I ordered through 1 800 Flowers. The arrangement was delivered on time but was not at what was ordered. Not even close. Not the size I ordered. Frankly, the worse arrangement I have ever seen form a “professional florist”.

First off, I would like to say zero stars is an understatement. Stars shouldn’t even be an option for west town florist. As a bridemaid, I NEVER seen myself holding my best friend (bride) the day of her wedding crying AFTER she got her makeup done when they showed her the “thrown together flower arrangement”. I wouldn’t even consider the flowers to be even CLOSE to what she asked for. But if you think it can’t get worse… you’re wrong! It does because the arbor arrangement was even worse! After consulting with the owner & explaining our concerns, she IGNORED her for weeks, and when she did respond, she was short, unsympathetic, and careless. She planned her wedding for almost 2 years, and it was ruined by West town florist. My 2 year old could cousin could have done a better job. Very unprofessional & quite honestly selfish in my option.

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. I was the maid of honor for the Kinser wedding. This florist would ignore texts from the bride when she would try and reach out with any questions or requests before the wedding day. The bride received no communication despite many efforts of trying to reach out. The florist sent someone else to deliver the flowers even though she told the bride she would be the one to deliver and set up. Her bridal bouquet was NOTHING like she asked for and the sad excuse for an arbor piece was just a few flowers and a few vines. This was also nothing like they had discussed. You can imagine as the maid of honor trying to keep the bride calm and happy along with the wedding planner. This bride was the most clam and chill girl you could ever meet and simply wanted her florals on her big day to be beautiful. Even guest commented on how sad the arbor was. We made the best with what we could and her assistant came and fixed the bouquet with what she had to work with. No pictures were sent of the pieces before hand and no one communicated that she couldn’t do what the bride had asked. I used Flowers by Tammy for my wedding and would recommend you do the same.

We have used Westown Florist several times for family funerals, casket sprays, and other floral arrangements. They always do a great job and are thoughtful to ensure that we get exactly what we requested. All the floral arrangements and casket sprays we have ordered were always beautiful and the best customer service! Would recommend 10/10.

I have trusted Westown Florist with all my flower arrangements since they opened. They always have fresh flowers and top designers there to see that you get the best. Trust them with your flower needs whether it’s a death, a wedding, or just to cheer someone up they work hard to make sure you’re happy with the results. I hope you will try them out too.
