Dr. Andrew and the entire staff showed extraordinary compassion during one of the hardest moments of my life—saying goodbye to my beloved Tori after nearly eleven years together. Dr. Andrew and the two wonderful women in the room walked me through each step with patience and tenderness, never rushing me, and reassured me that I was making the most loving decision for my little girl. Because of them, Tori’s final moments were peaceful, gentle, and filled with love. They didn’t just care for Tori; they cared for me, too. I will always be deeply grateful for the kindness shown by everyone at this clinic.

I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Duckworth this morning.
I took Opal, my new puppy, for an allergy problem and Leia for a 13 year physical due to lethargy and what I described as old age.
Leia was thoroughly examined by the vet techs and Dr. Duckworth. She was never nervous and has never been treated like the queen she is like they all did today. In Dr. Duckworth’s words “I was trained and believe that old age is not a diagnosis, so there is help”, followed by options and education. I agree 100% with his belief and it hit a little different to hear it.

I took my Harley girl in for a emergency visit. All the staff was caring and concerned like I was. They had to work her in since it was a emergency and we didn't have a appointment, but we waited maybe 20 -25 minutes before taking her back. The staff was so nice and great with my girl and they was also comforting to myself because I was all torn up and crying my eyes out. They diagnosed her very quickly and explained everything to me in words that I could understand. She had to be hospitalized and had surgery the next day. The staff called me and kept me informed on what was going on and how she was doing. The did a great job saving my girl.
