0 stars. I would not recommend this place to anybody with kids. The staff upfront was great. The nurse/hygienist? that took my kids back was cold and clearly not made to work with kids. She was condescending. Extremely condescending. My 8 year old "escaped" to let me know she was rough with his mouth and it hurt him. He was crying and he does not cry easily. He has never had an issue going to the dentist. When they realized he was gone she came to get him, and when I mentioned it to her I said, "he said you hurt him and I'm not saying that you hurt him on purpose but maybe you're being too rough with him and he is uncomfortable."
