We called upon Patriot Pet Cremation for out third furbaby since November. Our pack is older and we are down to 2 of our 5 rescues. This weekend our 15 yr old Buddy passed away and as always, Dean answered the call with the utmost dignity and respect for our beloved dog. You can tell just by his demeanor that he cares about your pets and you as well. He always asks about our dogs, if they have a nickname and how it came about. He listens to stories about our pet as we are crying and pouring our hearts out to him. He stands at attention until we drive out of sight. Even in the pouring rain! I can’t say enough about Patriot Pet Cremation. Our beloved Duke, who gave us 13.5 wonderful years, took his last breath on June 10. Even though I knew the day was coming, my heart still wasn’t ready. As a licensed funeral director myself, I understand the importance of compassion and integrity during times of loss, and sadly, not everyone in the business possesses those qualities. That’s why I’m so grateful for Dean. I loved Duke deeply and wanted to make sure he was treated with care and dignity throughout the cremation process. My baby girl passed away, and as hard as this is for me and my family, Dean was there for us very step of the way. Words cannot describe how helpful he was to us, and I’m very thankful we chose to go to him. We got her home the same day and now she can be with us forever.
