Karen was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was nervous with my transition going from doing my taxes at home 10+ years to letting go of control to let someone else do them lol. Her friendly smile and welcoming area made me want to inquire and when I found out I got money NOW it helped my family so much. Thank you!!
Kristin is the friendliest, most helpful tax preparer I've ever met. She went the extra mile to assist us with every issue. We will return to Jackson Hewitt just because of her. She's awesome.
