I wanted to take a moment to recognize exceptional care when it truly deserves to be acknowledged.
This past Friday, I began experiencing an issue with my eye. By Saturday afternoon, the situation had worsened significantly, and I became genuinely concerned. I cannot say enough about Dr. Robert Helm and the extraordinary level of care he provides.
Without hesitation, on his day off and over the weekend, Dr. Helm opened his office solely to evaluate my eye. In a time when many physicians are understandably unavailable outside of normal business hours, he personally came in and treated me himself. Let me clear some things up , this eye doc has been here and served the people of greeneville for a long time . He is a good doctor . Get to know him , give him a chance and if something was off if you been to him before he's human and also he does fix any mistakes . His helpers are awesome as well and have always accommodated my needs. I always can depend on good ol doctor Helm .
