LEFT ME WITH A $48,000 BILL. Yes, you read that correctly! I went to Aspen Dental to have a routine extraction performed. At the time, I chose them because they took my insurance (Metlife) and they were the only location in the local area that could see me within the next 2-3 months. HORRIBLE MISTAKE! The first visit went perfectly fine, staff were responsive and accommodating, etc. They took panoramic x-rays of my teeth to get an idea of the extent of my tooth infection and had me schedule the actual appointment. Fast forward to the day of, and they're clearly running behind. No check up, no standard x-ray to ascertain if the extraction was safe to perform, nothing!... read full review
