As a very worried mom, 13 hours away, my son was stranded on the side of the road at College and our wonderful driver Brennen was so professional and courteous when I spoke to him on the phone he put my mind ease that my son would be cared for quickly and safely. I’m sure to many a tow truck service is just a tow truck service but when it’s your loved one on the side of the road in 33° weather and there’s nothing you can do as a mom.
