Ok this review will be updated as I go through this process of getting dentures. However so far this office gets a 10/10. Everyone there from the receptionist, dental assistant, dentist and the finance people are the sweetest group of people I have encountered. Their customer service is STELLAR! I am driving an hour out of my way even though there is an office right in my town which may be great IDK they didn’t have an opening the day I needed to come in so went to the location an hour away. I’m going to continue to drive that far because I find it highly unlikely I will have another group as wonderful as this group of people. They love their jobs and it shows!...read full review

Other dentists have been rough and very hard to deal with… other dentist in this area have been very rude and didn’t care about the patient. Not this office. Dr Patel and Heather has been very patient centered. They took into consideration my feelings and my husband’s comfort. They didn’t everything but bring him home and take care of him for me!
Compassionate and so understanding this is the place you want to go to if you need a dentist in GREENEVILLE TN the office staff made sure to go over all paperwork and payment options if it was needed! Several times I asked questions very professional group of helpful people at this office! Thank you
