I’m disappointed to have to write the following review. DeWayne of DNA Heating & Cooling was very communicative, kind, seemed to be extremely knowledgeable, and came back to the house several times the last few years to make minor adjustments after installing my unit and replacing my ductwork in February of 2020. Unfortunately though, this did not translate into a positive experience as I recently had 3 unit leaks within 4 weeks costing me much time, money, energy as well as resulting in a claim on my homeowners insurance.-For months and months after the installation of my hvac unit, DeWayne promised to pull a permit so that codes could proceed to come out and inspect... read full review

My experience with them was great. He was on time and friendly, very reasonable pricing for the unit we got. He was very professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my services.Services: Heating system installation
