Thanks This is the second time we have had to call for service. Not the fault of the crew or unit just the type of filter we were using. My wife was home for the service. She could not say enough about the crew who walked her through the problems. They were excellent with the knowledge of the crew and their explanations of the problem. Claudio was punctual, very kind, professional and personable. Very easy to talk to and seemed to be a very hard worker. We are always happy with all the workers at Daniels. Never try to up charge us or sell us something we don’t need. I recommend Daniels to people every chance I get.
