Replacement of furnace and condenser. Kerry spotted an issue with why our front room was so cold in the winter…..42 years living here, no one had ever diagnosed the issue until Kerry took the time to look at vents/system capacity.
Install team did a great job too. Highly recommend this family owned business (over50 years I think)
I have used this business for years. I have been pleased with repairs. The manager, Tonya, is a good communicator,keeps clients updated & educated about HVAC topics. John Pennycuff quickly diagnosed & repaired my unit yesterday when the temp was 86 degrees in the house. Last fall, he did a very thorough routine maintenance- he provided detailed care above & beyond expectations. My disappointment in this business now is that I prepaid for 2 maintenance visits for 2026. Yesterday, I was told my “Spring” tuneup couldn’t be scheduled before August which I find to be ludicrous. If you value preventive maintenance, as I do, I would not recommend this business... read full review
Our Air was out. Called office and they sent Dillion and Wayne who took care of out problems. Did annual check when here and we prepaid for fall and next spring. They did a great job and Company was very responsive
