I went in to have some precancer spots resprayed. Those were thorough and check out other things like removing white heads i thought I had to live with and cutting off some samples of growths and sending them to the lab. I felt like they weren't just going through the motions but really caring! so I recommend anyone having the skin problem go to them!
My first visit was very satisfactory. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. After the short new patient paperwork I was called back a few minutes later. After speaking with the nurse she said Melissa would be in to see me. She came in less than a minute later. She evaluated my concerns, provided me with samples and sent in my prescription and I was done. I was completely surprised because when I came into the waiting room it was pretty packed and I just knew I was going to be waiting a while and that was not the case. It was a well oiled machine. I would definitely recommend.
This was my first time at Pinnacle and my second time at a dermatologist. The intake was easy and the office staff were very friendly. Melissa Lambert and Mya were fantastic. They were kind, knowledgeable, relatable, and through. I highly recommend Melissa and Pinnacle and I'm glad I found a place I feel comfortable going back to again and again.
