I wish I could leave 0 stars to this dishonest guy who doesn't have a clue about plumbing. Jim came to the house and supposedly snaked the main line at my property. During this process, he left the cleanout in the basement open and waste got all over everything. He lied to my tenant about leaving the cap loose and my tenant had to clean the mess up. Jim also pushed the water back up into my kitchen drain which caused the dishwasher to overflow onto the floor. I had to replace the floor. He was also given explicit instructions to put the toilet back into the house and he just left it outside on the patio. I made the mistake of paying him before confirming that he did the job so I didn't know about these problems until I got back into town. He didn't unclog the line because it was backed up again within 24 hours. I texted and confronted him about this and he took NO responsibility! He immediately went on the defense because he knew that he didn't do the job. I really should've sued this guy for the time and cost for repairing the kitchen floor. On the other hand, it wouldn't have been worth my time. I also don't want any contact with people like this in my life. I'm confident that any positive review is from an acquaintance or friend. There is no way Jim is this inconsistent with his work. I hope that my review will prevent someone else from hiring Jim so they don't have to have the same experience.

i do not normally write reviews like this, however I do not want others to be ripped off. Jim is a nice guy, not always on time, as he overbooks jobs. I have ongoing issues with his professionalism.
My complaint is that he sold me a stove that the oven doesn't work on, will not return calls, texts emails. I also paid for a dishwasher and the installation for it over 2 years ago. NEVER got it nor a refund. He has completely ghosted me. I do not recommend paying for his work until he actually does it.

I first met Jim when he repaired a dryer electrical circuit for me. Over the last 4 years I have had him repair multiple electrical issues, re-route plumbing, and today he finished rebuilding a pool deck from the ground up. To say he is good would be an understatement. I will continue to use him and his company for all of my construction and repair needs. I highly recommend him, and for the record, I’m not related to him so this is an honest review!

Service call started with him being late. Called him on a Jet on tub issue, and a painting issue. Came for service call on Saturday and I paid the “ diagnostic fee”, with his response being he would have answers on Monday. No text Monday so I followed up on Tuesday. I was blown off with him stating he was waiting on the reps to get back to him. Continued to get excuses all week. No answers.I was able to call the tub company and get through on first try in the meantime. He also took my leftover paint and has thus far( and after several requests to return), not dropped my leftover paint off. It’s been 3 weeks.2.5 hours of my time wasted plus 99$ for a diagnosis of nothing.Beware, this felt extremely scam like to me and I would not recommend. It was disrespectful of my time, money, and horrible lack of follow through.I hope no one else has to go through this.
