Long Hollow Family Practice is a wonderful and caring medical practice that has exceeded the expectations of an entire family. The staff is highly professional, even when the building was undergoing renovations. Patients have had only positive experiences with the practice, and they truly care about their patients' wellbeing. The providers are excellent, and the entire staff has been praised for their exceptional care and support.
These people truly care about their patients. I am grateful to have them as my provider and they stepped up and took such good care of me this week! I have never been moved to send a gift of treats to a DR office before, but today I did. Thank you to the entire staff at LHFP for being the people you are. I’ve seen many of the providers through the years and honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of them.
Best experience I've ever had with a Drs office. I'm always able to get in quickly, and everyone is always extremely friendly. I personally see Connie and Emily, and both are EXCELLENT providers. They always listen, and work with me to find a solution. They both go above and beyond. I ended up needing stitches and they both stayed two hours after hours to get me stitched up because I was trying to avoid the ER. Always my recommendation to anyone looking for a new PCP.
My experience with Long Hollow is always exceptional. Rarely ever is there a wait time in both the waiting room and the exam room. Not to mention how great the service always is. The staff has always provided excellent professional and courteous care. Connie Du is thorough, knowledgeable beyond belief and always positive. Couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else!
