Excellent work! Only asked me for two things (1) flush the hot water in bath and (2) sign the credit card transaction.
Quick, efficient and clean work!
No upsell and clear pricing. Delivered what was promised.
I am a longtime customer of Hers & His plumbing. This group installed a tankless hot water heater in October 2010. The installer said i for good maintenance that we should have an annual cleaning. I have followed that advice for 16 years and have never had issue with the tankless hot water heater. The 2026 service was performed August 1. The technician arrived within the timeframe stated and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this group. They have maintained this tankless hot water heater for 16 years. During that timeframe, I had two additional plumbing issues and both were rapidly and efficiently handled by courteous employees.
My experience with this one particular tech (Miguel) that the problem will be repaired to the best of his ability. I appreciate his willingness to do the job right and upmost honesty.
Today (07/20/26, our Tech was Chris! Not Miguel. Changed out shower head and water faucet for the tub.
