Everyone I have dealt with at this company is professional and kind. Heidi always treats me as her most important customer. I know they have many, so that extra care from her is always needed. We just had our large rug cleaned by them and it was perfect. A few weeks later my little papillon pup decided to pee on it. They came out the next morning and spot cleaned for me.
