First and most importance the time for the service to start, he arrived about 10 minutes early. He came in to inspect the work area and what would be needed. He went to his service truck and got the tools needed and started to do what was needed to drain and remove the old water heater. He got the new water heater out of the box and put it in the area ready to install. Old water heater out, new one in, replaced the connection that was needed, and instructed me on how lite the pilot if I had a problem later.
