“I requested quotes from 3 window companies, small job. Window World was the easiest to work with. One company never showed up. After explaining our problem to the other company, the salesperson started saying he was having computer problems and could not give me a quote I said just e mail it to me, never got one. The problem was two windows to be replaced or repaired. Window world listened, gave a quote and I have their windows. Installation went smoothly. They have different series of windows we were quoted the 4000. series when I asked about their 6000 series upgrades, I was told the 4000 is all we need but he would be happy to sell me the 6000 if I insist. We have the 4000. and are happy with them.“
