This review is strictly on the initial contact and consulting aspect of ContractingPro. What started with a simple internet search and instant estimate on my roofing job, quickly transformed into something you don’t get a lot of in today’s business environment…an exceptional experience. My brother needed a new roof ASAP because his homeowners insurance was threating to cancel. Thomas at ContractingPRO went the extra mile for us. They responded quickly, did an inspection, and turned in a very fair bid to replace his roof. Their price included the tear off of the old roof instead of just shingling over the first layer. They got the job on their schedule and finished it in one day! The new roof looks great.
Their communication throughout the process was top-notch.
I cannot recommend this company enough. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible.
