I have been going to this nail salon for about 10 years. It has changed hands, but from one Vietnamese family to another. Currently, it is owned by a young Vietnamese couple. Both the husband and wife, plus several of the employees speak English, more or less, but are easily able to understand a clients wishes.
The salon is very clean, and the staff takes steps to ensure that there is no chance of biological transference.
I have never received anything but a perfect manicure and pedicure from this Business. If you have a chip or break after a service, within a few days, they will redo your nail with no charge.

This was my first time here on Valentine's Day, and I believe the lady who did my nails was Haleigh. I showed her a picture, and she perfectly replicated it. I was in and out quickly with excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back!
I went to this nail salon because my husband bought me a gift card. It is a hidden gem! The nail techs are so nice and accommodating. I took a risk today and got silver cat eye. The nails turned out fabulous! I will no longer be driving to East Memphis to get my nails done. Special nails is my new salon.
