I had a manicure here today, and although my initial service didn’t turn out as expected, I was incredibly impressed by how the salon handled the situation. When I got home, I noticed the gel application wasn’t right, so I called the salon just before closing. They kindly invited me to come back, and Marie took care of me. She immediately recognized the issues, completely redid my manicure, carefully cleaned my cuticles, reapplied the gel beautifully, and even added an extra strengthening treatment at no additional cost. Most importantly, she made me feel truly valued as a customer. She was kind, professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left happy. My nails now look absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a business responds. I have watched this establishment transform into a lovely, clean, charming place. I really enjoy the services and the atmosphere. Like any transition, there are challenges, but I truly believe the new owner is putting all of her heart into providing her customers with an amazing experience. I am going back again this weekend for a man manicure, pedicure and foot massage, can’t wait!
I had a Moisturizing Pedicure with hot stone massage and paraffin treatment. Kimberly was my nail tech and my friend had Marie. Both were so sweet and very professional. The salon has recently been renovated and is light and airy feeling. I had regular polish and my friend had a gel polish. We were both very pleased and will definitely return!
