I do NOT recommend this establishment to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! Friendly people, but the service and ability to satisfy the customer is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! In 2020, I began my treatment for traditional braces. I paid my deductible IN FULL. Well, every month I went in, the financial secretary asked me for money! I honestly believe that they are doing something under the table with the money. Every month, I thought, “why are they asking me for money and I have paid my deductible? It’s on the insurance now.” WELL, COME TO FIND OUT, THEY DIDN’T EVEN REPORT THAT I PAID MY DEDUCTIBLE TO MY INSURANCE! Hmmm… sounds like a money scam to me! Do not even get me started on my treatment for my braces. Yes, my teeth are straighter than what they were, but he took my braces off in March 2022 because he did not want to extend my contract because he was tired of dealing with the insurance about MONEY. (Because the OFFICE was not doing THEIR part and still trying to get money out of ME after I had already paid $2,300). When he took my braces off in March, I sat it the chair confused and asked him multiple times, “Are you sure? My teeth do NOT look good. They’re not ready.” Dr. Pulido responded and said, “Oh yeah man they look good and the retainer is going to hold them in place— and if we need to come back and put them back on we can.” I didn’t even fight it. MY TEETH WERE NOT EVEN 100% STRAIGHT. I HAVE PICTURES AND PROOF OF EVERYTHING I AM SAYING BY THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Not one time did he EVER ask me was I satisfied……NOT ONCE!!!!!! He is a very funny and nice man, BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE OFFICE!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO BRACES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing dentist, and the best staff I’ve ever been around. I embarrassingly have severe dental anxiety and I cannot be more thankful to how the assistant and Dr. Pulido treated me during my visit. Thank you for everything ya’ll do!!
