From the time of checking in at the front desk, I was met with a smile. Then Crystal, did the vitals and make me comfortable before taking me to the room for the examination. Then Doctor Sherry Gates, came in and talked with me about what was going on with my mouth as well about my pain. She took time to hear my questions and to answer my concerns.

Dr. Sherry Gates and her staff (hygienists and Vicky) are super nice and kind. Dr. Gates is very thorough and takes time talking and explaining things with you. I love that she has her own practice. Great location too.

I had a dental emergency on Friday aftn while out of town, which is never an ideal time to find help- especially good help! I already had an appt scheduled at another clinic that morning, which turned out to be ultimately useless! After that, I tried going to 3 other dental clinics in/around Mem & I was getting discouraged as I realized I’d likely spend the wknd in pain- then start over again on Monday trying to find relief! My options were looking slim & by this point I was feeling distraught…
