Speaking from the standpoint of a very satisfied customer, Memphis Pool recently replaced my vinyl liner that had split during our last freeze. Both the quality of the new liner (all corners and seams lined up and fit perfectly compared to my previous liner from another company ) and the demonstrated expertise of Steven, their installer, could only be described as outstanding! My wife couldn't be happier. And, therefore, neither could I!
Their technicians are top notch, imo. I had asked them to come and replace/repair a few things with my pumping system. They diagnosed the issue and the problem was much less expensive to repair than I was expecting. They could have taken advantage of me, but did the right thing. They fixed what needed fixing and didn't fix anything that didn't need fixing. Much appreciated.
Whenever I've needed any kind of supplies, I always been able to get them at Memphis Pool in Germantown. Their staff is so informed and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
