I used Grime Time once last year. They said 10:00 then and never showed up nor communicate until about 3:00pm that day. There had been massive rains and he said he had been busy with emergency situations. I decided to be understanding. My carpets did get cleaned well for an excellent price. I reached out to Grime Time again a few days ago and he said he would come at 1:00pm today. Again, no show, no communication. I planned my day around this appointment. So incredibly unprofessional. Never again.
