Shop was extremely clean, which made me feel comfortable right away. Rich was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. He took time to listen to what my husband and I wanted and the attention to detail was incredible. Everything—from the equipment to the overall atmosphere—felt safe and well-organized. Great place. Got a tattoo with the wife tonight from the owner he did an awesome job. We are already wanting to go back and get another one from him when we come back to Gatlinburg.. one of the cleanest tattoo shops to would trust him to do anything
