I will say the owner was a nice lady but for the price and what I got I was highly disappointed. I went here for my hair and makeup for my wedding. I was not happy with either one. I was looking for full glam but got basic makeup as in it looked like I did it at home my self. No hightlighter or lipstick at all. My eye lids had eye shadow outline but not filled in. I went back to my room and re did my makeup before the wedding. My hair is cut in a bob type style and she hot rolled it instead of using a curling iron. It did not feel secure with the Bobby pins as it needed more on the left side. It just didn’t look good either. I felt like I was stuck in the 80’s. The place is probably ok for your basic stay and go but I do not recommend for anything bridal bc you will be disappointed.

Today Toni performed a miracle.She did an amazing color correction. I went in with multicolored hair,totalling 4 different colors, all from trying to color my hair with box dye. Some how I also managed to create a dark band around my head,plus had poka dots. I knew it was going to take a lot of work to fix my mistake. After 8 hours of hair processing and fixing, I walked out extremely happy. She took a total nightmare, used her years of experience, and created something beautiful. I am so greatful, and very happy.

Came here at the last minute to have my hair done for an elopement. I had a nail crisis, and Tony assisted me with getting those pesky nails off. They had all the last minute wedding things I needed. Veils, tierras, jewelry and flowers. Squeezed me in at the last minute. Very nice place! Would definitely come here again!

I had my hair and make-up done by Toni on my wedding day. I got there at the appointment time (which was about 2.5 hours before my wedding) and Toni decided she was going to get lunch and smoke before doing my hair and make-up for the biggest day of my life. She was gone so long the nail lady had to go get her. When she came back she was mad at ME for rushing her and rushed through getting my hair and make-up done and then told me "see, I can do it quickly". THIS WAS MY WEDDING DAY, NOT THE DAY TO RUSH. My hair fell immediately and my make-up looked foolish. This was years ago, but I am still mad about it enough today that I looked her up again just to see other people's reviews regarding her. Don't gamble on your wedding day, chose somewhere else to get your hair and make-up done. If you need any other proof of the unprofessionalism, just read her responses to the reviews.

I had my destination wedding in Gatlinburg. Planning everything from out of state she (Toni? - the owner) asked us to send pictures of our hair and what we wanted. Upon arrival she said she never had time to review the photos.. she had no idea what we were looking for and did exactly opposite of what I asked. I asked to leave my natural curly hair and do natural looking makeup. She completely curled my hair and put cake on my face with qtips and dollar store foam wedges. I went back and completely showered 2 hours before my wedding. I’ve attached before and after photos (and an example of my natural hair texture. It was curly when I came in!! And asked her to leave it just style and install my veil/flowers). Also! My mother booked only her hair and the owner made very rude comments about her complexion and how she’d never look right in pictures because her makeup wasn’t done by this salon. When we told her we weren’t satisfied with her service overall she started crying and praying about God help her guess you can’t make everyone happy etc. WHAT?! Honestly a near twilight zone experience. I do not recommend this salon for wedding or makeup services.

I trusted this salon to style my hair for my wedding day. It looks like it’s directly from a third world country. Very run down. After she set my hair in rollers she began placing my hair for a half up half down style with a headpiece on the left side. By the time I got back to my cabin, 13 minutes away, my vail as well as my headpiece fell out. She used only 3 Bobby pins total for my headpiece and 1 Bobby pin to hold up my vail. DO NOT BOOK THIS SALON FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY. It was terrible…
