Dream Builder Construction, LLC is the epitome of incompetence and unprofessionalism. We hired them to build a modest 1,000 sq ft cabin, with a promised completion date of May 2024. It’s now the end of August, almost September, and the project is still nowhere near finished. This endless delay has cost us three full months of rental income—a massive financial blow, thanks to their sheer negligence.

Used this company to build a cabin in the Gatlinburg area. Months after the said completion date the cabin isn’t near completion and the site is a mess, and we’re still being stringed along by empty promises of completion. The site is no where near done and they’ve broken materials supplied for the job. Trim and finish is horrible. Don’t work with this company, who knows when they’ll get it done.
