I have been going to Tony at Tiffany's for two years or more and he is meticulous and does a wonderful job paying great attention to the details of creating my acrylic nails, performing my manicure and pedicure. I am always delighted with my nails.They both work well with me and my schedule, they are always friendly, and helpful with my choices. If you haven't tried them please give them a call for you next appointment.
Tiffany and her husband are the best. Tiffany always gives the best service and goes out of her way to make each client feel special. She’s very humble and her staff are all very friendly. Everyone bends over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I found my forever nail salon at Tiffany Nail ❤️?
I’d like to share the experience I had 2 days ago at Tiffany Nails in Gallatin, TN. I’ve been going to them for 5-6 months and never once had an issue. Well on Tuesday, the tech spilled almost a half of a bottle of gel beige nail polish all over my $60 BLACK Express purse. The owner came over and proceeded to use acetone on my purse which ended up taking the black off with it. I get it was an accident and the owner Tiffany, apologized. I thought they would make it right my giving a discount or a credit, or SOMETHING (I got a no chip and a pedi for $88) and when I went to the register, they wanted me to pay full price. I told them that I understand it was a mistake, but I have to buy a brand new purse now. So then they offered me $5 off. I clearly didn’t agree with that so they offered $10 off. I also obviously didn’t think that was acceptable, considering my purse was $60, so I asked if they could just comp my pedi ($35) and I’ll pay for my no chip. Mind you, I still tipped both my techs. Tiffany proceeds to ask how old the purse is and I said 2 years old and she says “if you have the receipt, I’ll pay for it, but if you don’t, too bad.”😂 I said I don’t have a receipt from 2 YEARS ago, soooo you can do better than $10 off or I don’t know that to tell you. She freaks out telling me she is going to call the cops and I said, okay I’m fine with that. 5 min later she comes back out front and angrily yells, “You pay for your no chip and not the pedi.” And I was like “yes that’s what I offered to do and you yelled at me and told me you were going to call the cops on me.” After I paid the $53 for my no chip, she loudly says, ”THANK YOU AND I HOPE YOU NEVER COME BACK” If you want to be treated rudely, go here. If you want your personal items destroyed, go here. But if you want amazing service, find Vicki who left this establishment who is absolutely amazing!! Vicki, if you’re reading this, please message me! I have no idea what salon you went to, but you were the absolute best! UPDATE: She is now messaging my friend harassing her saying that it was an old purse and basically mocking the situation! IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW OLD THE ITEM IS, YOU STILL DESTROYED SOMEONES PERSONAL BELONGINGS!! SMH #HorribleBusinessOwner
