Pilates at its best. Shannon is knowledgeable and stays current with Pilates practices. She knows her clientele and makes sure every session targets specific needs. Classes are small and personalized. I am so happy I discovered The Pilates Company.

Shannon is an extremely knowledgeable instructor with a passion to make each workout specific to each student whether in a private, semi-private, or class setting. She is very personable and makes even the tough workouts upbeat!
