A great clinic! The level of skill and knowledge is top notch!

My back has been *killing* me for the past 6 months and has really been an issue for the last two weeks. Ian Crider (at The Movement Shop) took a look at it and within 10 minutes the pain was gone. He gave me some stretches to do and with this knowledge I’m able to heal my own back pain. If you’re hurting or in need of physical therapy, come see one of the Physical Therapists at The Movement Shop! They will give you the tools to heal yourself and help you find relief in no time.

Ian Crider provided my gymnast (age 13) with such a great evaluation and treatment plan after a back injury. She was feeling better immediately and most importantly was back in the gym quickly which made her extremely happy ? We cannot recommend him enough!!
