I have had the pleasure of visiting Dr Jacob Mortemore and their incredible staff at Sumner Eye Care in Gallatin, TN and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, (which was the same day I called for an appointment) I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. I have been going here for years. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Neal is great. Takes his time with the exam and talking with you about results and any options you might have. Never pushy or rushed.
First time there walked in with an eyeglass prescription and ordered glasses. Everybody was wonderful. I will be using them for my Eye Doctor when I need new glasses very very pleased.
