I cannot recommend this practice enough. Both of my children see Stephanie. I love that she allows medical freedom and the right to choose vaccinations.She is quick to accurately diagnosed, treat, and get the kids in if needed.

I love you guys so much when I'm there. You're really wonderful and caring, but the phone issue is a really big problem. You can't schedule appointments or talk to someone about refilling medications because nobody ever answers the phone there anymore, regardless of the time of day. When I first started seeing them, I never had this problem. I'm not sure what the issue is (maybe understaffing?), but it really needs to be resolved. If you don't have employees answering the phones, I don't see how you can continue to stay in business, which would be a shame, considering what a gem you are for the Gallatin community.

Miss Tamera is great! I had another provider suggest meds before examining me and the turmeric she suggested is not allowed with my permanent prescription (suggested after I turned down steroids without an exam). It is very rare to get through on the phones and messages are not returned. However, my provider Tamera responds in the app. Once you can get in the office they are all very nice, but on the phone it can be different.
