I have been to many tattoo shops throughout the years, but I must suggest Old Soul Tattoo in downtown Gallatin, TN!!!
Shelby was super responsive and emailed me back within the hour.
Tyler is the BEST, Shelby was able to get me in with him on a 24 hour request on May 22, 2025.
She scheduled me for another tattoo with Tyler on June 20, 2025 and once again she was very responsive and great to work with in scheduling and communication!!!
I'll never go anywhere else but OLD SOUL TATTOO!!! ☮️

I talked with Shelby via email, all my questions and one request to move my appointment were responded to very quickly. Tyler did my tattoo, he came recommended from friends of mine. He was willing to rework the design & get it exactly how I wanted it, and then was totally fine answering all of my questions while he worked. The shop vibe is relaxed, and you can tell Tyler has done lots of tattoos and knows his stuff. His calm demeanor helped my nervous-ness.

Great experience with Tyler at Old Soul Tattoo! He has inked my husband, mother in law (first tattoo)and myself (first Tattoo at 55 yrs old). We are all extremely happy with our tattoos! Definitely will be back.
