I just renewed my loan. I always request the Manager,Tammy Outland, because she is always pleasant, knowledgeable and professional! She is a very dedicated employee and it’s obvious that she likes her job. My only concern is that there never seems to be enough help and it seems like she is working alone most of the time. I am very concerned about the safety of a female working alone at a financial company! You need more employees like Ms Outland. I could go elsewhere and get lower interest rates but I stay with Mariner because of her!
great service, friendly staff, appreciate calls and text letting me know my payment is due and if I can refi for additional money. Always helpful on the phone. My credit is not the best but have paid on time for awhile when I needed money they were there. Friendly, helpful, professional, processing of the refi was fast, everything was explained and I was out the door with a check.
