Whoever contacted me would not give me his name and was a total jerk! He just said to take a pic of my pool without asking me what my problem was or what brand of hot tub I had. He acted as if he was drunk so I told him, no thanks I don't want your help. Then he said for me not to waste his time.

Poor communication skils- - some weeks would not show up with notice or reason for cleanings. Did not address equipment issues we bought thru him- working with Jason was a nightmare. if you want equipment that does not work and a cleaning to show anytime or any day he desires he might be for you.

Don't hire this company, I hired them to do a swimming pool repair \\u0026 they never showed up. I gave them a deposit \\u0026 ask for a refund after this, only got part of it back after several weeks. Claimed they came \\u0026 this was part of payment for that. They didn't \\u0026 I am a senior citizen, I needed my money back, they didn't care.
