The front desk was a bit rude, but they were extremely busy. The Dr's visit and eye exam was thorough, and they were very pleasant. The front desk receptionist apologized, and it was completely understandable.

I had a surprise issue with my eye this morning and Dr. Green’s office was kind enough to squeeze me in last minute. The whole experience was fantastic. Everyone was so kind and Dr Couts explained everything since I’ve not been to an eye dr ever and I was freaking out already. By the end of my appointment, my bf set up his next eye exam with them because they were just so wonderful.

Thanks so much for wonderful service. Doctor was thorough, and the customer service in the eye glasses center was as well. The employees are always reliable when it comes to assisting with the selection process. Today they completed the final adjustment for comfort. This is a nice, calm office.
