I cannot thank Rebecca and Susan for everything they have done for me! Rebecca has helped ne tremendously with weigh loss and most recently a severe allergic reaction. I had reached back out d/t it coming back and her office had me two options for allergists appointments in the next 24 hours. I truly cannot say enough kind things about this office. Thank you Rebecca and Susan for everything and how much you truly care about your patients.

I have been going here for over a year. Crystal in front office is very cordial and helpful. The medical assistant are knowledgeable and eager to help. Susan and Rebecca, NP’s are the best! Highly recommend this place for your medical needs. ❤️❤️❤️

Can’t say enough good things about Family Health Care of Gallatin. Dr. Susan and Dr. Rebecca are both extremely attentive. They take the time with each and every patient to genuinely listen and provide the best possible care. If you are looking for a new PCP, this is the first place you should go!
