The front desk staff is professional and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Patients have also been impressed with the progress of their Invisalign treatments under Dr. Stroube’s care. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible team at Elite Dentistry in Gallatin, TN! As a first-time mom, I felt a little nervous about my son undergoing a tongue tie release especially since I was also navigating the whole new mom role! The whole experience can be overwhelming, but the staff at Elite Dentistry went above and beyond to ensure both my son and I felt at ease. From the moment we walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Schuh and his assistant Nicole McDougal took the time to explain every step of the procedure, addressing all my concerns and making sure I felt confident in the process. His genuine care and expertise shone through, and I felt very confident in his capabilities. Nicole was equally amazing, providing support and encouragement throughout the process. Together, they created a comforting environment that made a potentially stressful situation so much easier to handle. They were truly amazing… After the procedure, they guided us through the necessary stretches and showed us the sites. They also provided helpful tips and resources to ensure we were comfortable at home. It was clear that they genuinely care about their patients and their families, and that level of compassion is hard to come by! Their thoroughness and dedication to patient care truly went above and beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Schuh and his team at Elite Dentistry to anyone looking for a tongue tie release or dental care in general.
