Just called the number because there is a Birdwell Farms 18 wheeler with a TN license plate that does not have trailer lights hooked up, called as a safety thing and hopefully a helpful tip and talked to the owners wife and I am literally speechless by her lack of professionalism and attitude. A simple, ‘Hey, somebody else must have the same name.’ Would have been sufficient. There was no need for attitude.I don’t know what they move or do, but customer service is key, and unfortunately it’s not here.
